    Xcerts.com's study materials contain up-to-date and relevant content, case studies, interactive labs, related to real certification exams. By taking these prep courses and practicing the mock questions and labs we guarantee that you will be fully ready to take on you certification exam.

  • How often these courses are updated?

    Our courses are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. At Xcerts.com we frequently change our course material to accurately reflect the current certification exam objectives. However, updates to our PDF and test engine software do not always mean that extra content were added. An update might mean that diagrams were improved, test engine software bugs or Android App software bugs were fixed to improve the quality of the course materials and user experience.

  • How do I receive my products after I purchase them?

    After your purchase is processed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. The same email contains your activation ID and instruction on how to access your courses under your Xcerts.com profile.

  • What are the formats of your products?

    • Test Engine Software which can be installed on any Windows or MacOS Operating Systems.
    • PDF format that can be downloaded on PC or can be used as an eBook.
    • Android App which can be installed on your android device.

  • Will I get access to future updates of a course if I purchase it today?

    Xcerts.com allows its users to have access to their purchased study courses and software for 60 Days from the date of the purchase.

  • Can I view a sample of the course content before purchasing?

    Yes, we believe you have the right to know what you are purchasing. We do provide a sample of each course. Please contact us and we will share the sample with you.

  • What are the operating system compatibility requirements for Xcerts.com courses and software?

    The Study Guide version is in PDF format and compatible with any operating systems and mobile devices that has a PDF viewer.
    The test engine software runs on Windows and MacOS Operating System.
    The Android App test engine can only run on Android 3.x operating systems.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and Debit Cards.

  • Does Xcerts.com store my personal information?

    We DO NOT store any personal information except email (your username) and name. No Credit Card, address or personal details are stored.

  • Why my download link is not working?

    Sometimes the courses are taken down for update. Simply send us an email and our support team will help you right away.

  • How do I obtain course updates?

    As for getting the latest updates, we only keep one version of a course content in the server. So your download link points to the latest version of the product.
    Most of the time updates are minor cosmetic changes. Such changes trigger the last update value to change. If you download the file and do not see any changes that could be the case.
