No refunds are provided after 30 days of the purchase. You must submit your refund claim within seven (7) days of the exam date. Any submission which is older than seven (7) days will not be honored. Exam failures that occur before the purchase date do not qualify for the purposes of this guarantee.

When requesting a Money Back Guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. Our Money Back Guarantee applies only to study guides and products purchased directly from Xcerts.com.

Refund Procedure:

Refund procedure is quite simple. In order to request a refund, we will require the following information from you:

You cannot claim a refund in the following cases:

• You have made a Wrong Purchase. Any refund request related to a wrong purchase is not going to be processed.
• Your exam was written within two (2) days of purchase. We recommend at least a minimum study period of five (5) days.
• It has been more than seven (7) calendar days since you wrote your exam. You need to claim your refund within seven (7) days.
• The name in the submitted result differs from your Xcerts Certifications account. In other words, you cannot purchase the exam under someone else's name.
• We do not refund an order if the purchased was made the same day as your exam day. You need time to prepare for an exam.
• If the exam was written outside the specified date range.
• The exam was provided to you FREE of charge or as a substitute for another exam.
• Your purchased study guide/package is a LAB.
• If you have got the product sold at a reduced price, or obtain for free then there is no refund claim.
• The money back guarantee policy is not applicable to CCIE Lab and OCM Lab exams as these are hand-on lab exams. (We offer actual lab questions but you need to understand and master them.)
